Graeme Webb: The Best Days of our Lives

Popular Greenwich Market venue the Coach and Horses is hosting local photographer Graeme Webb’s images from a recent project which is part of his “Bleak House’ body of work. Using hand made models, he creates 2D narratives from intricately created 3D dioramas. These miniature surreal worlds are populated by tiny figures living out their lives.

“This series originally stemmed from my interest in stop motion animation, It just seemed a natural progression to take the model making process into my still photography”.

The show goes on the road in June 2010 and the next venue is the Holborn Studios in Islington, supported by the 4D model shop and part of the 18th ‘New Blades’ annual model makers recruitment fair. A book will be available to accompany this exhibition in May 2010.
